Diet culture is not my jam. I therefore do not promote the pursuit of weight loss or needless food restriction. I am more likely to discuss with you what you can add to your diet than to recommend what you should take out.
I am a graduate of the Master of Public Health - Nutrition and Dietetics program at the University of Toronto. I have experience providing nutrition counselling in various community-based settings and have been involved for many years with the National Eating Disorder Information Centre.
I am a member of the College of Dietitians of Ontario.
